Purchase order history not update although GR perform.

Hi gurus

I have a problem where, i create purchase order (ME21) and perform GR but it seems that GR does not effect on quantity delivered as it still showing status still to delivered. It is also still appear in open quantity. I am very new to MM, Please advice
