relationships between O and S or O and O objects have not been created through PFAL

Hi All,

I have executed PFAL transaction with below data

Object type    = 'O'

Object id        = Some organisational unit'

Evaluation Path  = O-O-S-P

Transfer mode = Insert

Message Type  = HRMD_A

But found that - No relationships between O and S or O and O objects have been created

Can anybody tell me why these relationships are missed.
