"No Authorization to Change the template" when trying to open a WAD templ

Hi,

When we are trying to open WAD templates( belonging to BI Statistics) which are assigned to a role, we are getting the following message.

"You have no authorization to change the template. Do you want to create or copy"

We believe there is no separate authorization object for WAD templates. Using ST01, we traced missing authorization and gave the change, delete activity authorization (S_USER_AGR) for that particular role to which all the WAD templates are stored. But still we are getting the same error message. Please advise.
