time dropping error in cat2

Hello All

There is some issue in cat2 for one employee ,when he tries to enter cat2 it throws the error time dropping error across company code.

I checked and found there are two personnel number for one employee ,I have terminated once again I found for the user the error persist.

I asked the security team to add missing roles ,but still error exist.

I asked the PS consultant to check for the network order assigned tor the master, they said its an authorization issue.

But if I give super user access ,that employee is able to enter time sheet which is not advisable.

can anyone suggest to rectify this issue, employee needs to drop time sheet every week.
