SAP Object in Mail through workflow

Hi All,

I am having an requirement in workflows, in which what i have to do has explained below :

1. We are using Tcode PLMD_Audit in which audit related objects gets create.

2.There are reminder programs that i designed to intimate user to complete its before due date.

3. Now what i need to do is, i want to send the Action object as an attachment link in mail so that when the user click on that link, it will bring the user to SAP on that tcode and in tcode on that object that was attached in link ...

As i am new in workflow, please let me know from scratch what i need to do for that...
