Alert Context Area and Alerts to Populate are not triggered

Hello Experts.

We have migrated our CRM quality system recently. After the migration, our alerts stopped working to populate the Web UI Alert Context Area.

The Configuration and settings are all same as production system. The Alerts are configured to be triggered on Event BuAgConfirmed.

My production system works fine. Risk is we are migrating the production, hence this issue should be fixed.

Can anyone suggest the solutions for this issue.

Rule Policy Shows are Green (Released).

Now i get an Error Message "Failed to Send Alert Message to Browser". I am on Kernel Version 721.
