CDT rings once and Call is disappering

Calls from the Queues are presented to Agent.

In a day, one or two agents are facing issues in Accepting the call, it will ring once on their CDT and call disappear.

It is showing as Missed call in CDT, however the same call is presented to someone else.

 

Did anyone come across this issue??  Not sure why is this happening.

 

Once they rebooted the machine or CDT , Calls are presenting for them without any issues.
