Deficit of BA Blocked (Qty) : (Material) (Plant) (Storage Location) (Batch)

Hi Experts ,

Greetings !!!

When i transfer the material in Blocked area to Unrestricted Use at Exp storage location ( for 343 Movement), I am getting this error.

Deficit of BA Blocked (Qty) : (Material) (Plant) (Storage Location) (Batch)

Checked in MMBE for stock details, it show's full quantity and also checked for Stock/ Requirement details - no PO's raised for this material.

Please help.
