How to do Disassembly order for Special Production Order

Dear All,

I've scenario like below ,

Module : Production

1) Our customer use to do the Production Order of 'Special type' (One Product and Multiple Input Items),means there is No BOM

2) they have done wrong entries  (Entry Level Mistake).

3) So, there is Need of reverse entry. I'am trying to do the Disassembly but SAP allow me to do only when Item has BOM.

4) How can solve this scenario.

Any valuable suggestion would be very helpful.
