Hello, we want to display sap application hierarchy by pressing Value help (path: F4 -> and then pressing "sap application" button) (from different transactions, i.e. SE11 ) but application structure is not displayed. We can see only single word "ROOT" and nothing else.
Our system is ERP EHP5 and have last service pack installed (SP08).
We cannot find any appropriate sap note.
Please help.
