Sap 9.0 Database Limitation

Hi Experts,

I just want to ask if there are limitations of SAP 9.0 in terms of DATABASE Size?

currently we encounter hang and slowness of SAP 9.0 PL 13 in terms of Browsing, Adding Transaction and Selecting Master Data and Cost Centers.

Memory Size : 16 GB

Maximum memory resources used 7.6GB (SQL)

Database Size : 30 GB (Already Shrink, Re-Index , Re-Order)

AR Transaction : 2 Million Data added

Business Partner : 260 Thousand Master Data added

Some Affected Modules

     Adding Transaction in INCOMING PAYMENT

     Browsing Data in AR Invoice

     Retrieving Business Partner

     Browsing Cost Centers

We already Shrink, Re-Index , Re-Order The Database but still no changes happened.

Is there other ways to eliminate the slowness of SAP?

Is SAP Affected when Database Size is Huge?
