The scenario goes like this.
Budgeting is activated for our project profile.Availability control is active.
Original budget allocated for INR 50,000 against the WBS "WBSE-1"
A Service Activity is created under this WBS with "short text-Installation charges"- Qty - 1PU.
Service lines for Item-1:
1.Desktop Installation - 50Nos - INR200.
So total PR Valuation price =INR 10,000.
Present Budget Status is below:

PO is created against the PR.
