Radio button vs radio button group

Hi ,

I've two radio button which is working with binding my question is

1. what is the diffrence and when to use radio button group/radio button ?

2. I need some example for radio button group with binding to different property in the model this will be very helpful!

Since from the documentation I didnt really understand the concept of the group with the item...
