day assignment

Hi every body

I have a problem on day assignment for this scenario:

we have 2 days with no planned working times at the end of week (Off) and employees come to work as overtime. the situation is that they punch like this:

example from 18:00 - 23:59 and

                        00:01 to 07:00

but after the time evaluation 00:01 is assigned to previous day as we set A07 to 400.

what should I do to solve it?
