Hello, I am new to CR for Eclipse...
I am creating formulas in the formula editor, and notice the delete key is not actually deleting (backspace does work).
I also notice the home key, sends me to another frame. (lower right, and shows Ctrl + Shift + L = key editor) which opens a yellow background table of keys.
or, I can open the preferences, keys, and that shows the list of keys. (see attached).
the columns show Command, Binding, When, Category, and user.
The delete command shows Delete for binding, when is set to Windows, and category is Edit.
(home key is not shown)
Does anyone know how to set the delete keys and home key to actually delete a character, or object, and home move to the front of a row (or top of page).
I'm guessing I need to change the When, (pulldown shows, In Windows, JavaScript view, JSP source, On Style-able Object, PDE editor, Schema Object Editor, and Using Web Page Editor.
-I want the delete key to delete whenever I press delete.
do I need to add a delete entry for each of the when options?
