New Address Type in BP Master

Hi,

I need to add new Address Types called "Technical Contact" and "Notify To" in the Business Partner Master. Currently it shows only Bill To, and Ship To.

Is it possible to define a new type of Address? I am not asking about adding multiple addresses under Bill To or Ship To, but adding a new Address Type altogether.

Secondly, I want to select this new Address Type in the Marketing Documents. How can I achieve this?
