Customer XXXX: Specify name of contact person

Hi experts

I need help from u.

I'm trying to create customer master using cmd_ei_api class and method maintain_bapi.

But im getting error:

E   CMD_API     069    

Customer XXXX: Specify name of contact person

E   CMD_API     007

Name: Plausibility chechak failed.

I really need your help im trying to create customer from last one week but im not able to fix this error.
