Hi,
We have an issue with service shopping cart POWL query. We are using extended classic scenario and level SRM 7.02.
Even tough shopping cart is completely confirmed for service shopping carts, it is visible POWL query for the status "Open for confirmation".
Please let me know, how to resolve the issue.
