New Header Line Style Default form doesn't work

Hi!

I have tried to add new tables (master data head and childs) with some fields and then I registered the UDO with the new Header line style form, I put it in the main menu.

When I click on the new menu item nothing happened.

I followed the instructions of [this document|https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000203772012E/HowTo_UDObjects_882.pdf].

I have SAP Business One 8.82, PL04

Has somebody any idea why don't work this? It is an application error?
